Detached house in a small private urbanisation.
Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.
On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a bathroom with shower. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea views.
The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The pool is close from november to march.
Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.
It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.

El apartamento está situado en una zona muy tranquila y puedes estacionar en la misma puerta, cosa que es importante en Nerja, ya que el aparcamiento para ir a las zonas más concurridas es de pago. Apartamento de dos plantas muy acogedor con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Todo en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpio, con tres cuartos de baño y dos dormitorios. La piscina muy limpia y el césped muy bien cuidado y si te gusta tomar el sol tiene una amplia terraza que da acceso directamente a la piscina, todo en muy buenas condiciones. La amabilidad de Katy hace que tu estancia se aún más acogedora, pendiente de que no te faltase ningún detalle en la estancia. Mi valoración es muy buena porque es lo que estaba buscando. Si eres una persona que no te importa andar para ir a la playa este apartamento es lo que estás buscando y si te ocurre como a mí, coges el coche que en cinco minutos estás en todos lados. En cuanto a la localidad, Nerja es un pueblo muy bonito, te animo a visitarlo.

Excellent for car travelers and those who want to bring their pets along too.
Good location for those who travel by car - plenty of parking space nearby and multiple supermarkets just a short ride away. Fully equipped kitchen is a big plus. Quiet and away from busy streets. Very well maintained territory/garden.

Hemos estado muy agusto, la anfitriona un 10. La casa muy cómoda, la cocina bien equipada, la piscina es genial y unos jardines muy bonitos. Durante todo el día y noche mucha tranquilidad.

Hemos pasado muy buenos días en Nerja. La casa es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Es una urbanización tranquila, lejos del alboroto del centro, pero muy cerca del mismo en coche (en 5 minutos o menos, llegas). Katy siempre ha sido muy atenta con nosotros. Sin duda lo recomendamos.
