The front and back gardens are enclosed, and from the back garden there is access to the communal swimming pool, without leaving the complex.

The parking on the street and practically in front of the house is sufficient. It is a quiet residential area and there is a bread bakery about 200 metres away. The nearest supermarket is 1 Km away (Lidl), the centre of Nerja is 2 Km by car, the beach El Playazo is 2.3 Km by car.
