Semi-detached house in a small private urbanisation.
Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.
On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a bathroom with shower. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views.
The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is close from november to march.
Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.
It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.

Maison mitoyenne très agréable. Très bonne literie. Grande cuisine bien équipée. Excellent accueil. Seul bémol : un peu sonore au niveau des bruits d'impact du voisinage (chasse deau la nuit), cela reste supportable toutefois.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y ha sido una experiencia fabulosa. El apartamento estaba muy limpio,con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia , un lugar muy tranquilo y aparcando todos los dias delante de la puerta .La piscina un extra necesario para los dias de calor. Nerja como pueblo digno de conocer y todos sus alrededores.

We arrived late ( 23.15) but the host welcomed us very friendly. The house is great! It is clean, airco in every room, 2 bathrooms so really lux. Also the wifi is very good. The pool is clean and nice. The property is really need. The surroundings is peacefull and quiet. The view from the balcony is stunning. ( seaview)

Bonita urbanización, muy tranquila y bien cuidada. La casa muy limpia y bien equipada. Tiene de todo lo necesario y más. La terraza muy grande y con salida a la piscina da mucho juego para desayunos, cenas y para que los niños jueguen mientras los padres estamos tranquilos teniendolos a la vista. Katy y su familia son encantadores, nos han atendido fenomenal y les estamos muy agradecidos. Nerja es un pueblo muy bonito y la playa de Burriana no esta lejos de la urbanización . En general, recomendaria tener coche para moverse pero si no se dispone de él, hay una parada de autobús en la calle de al lado. Experiencia muy muy recomendable

Je recommande vivement. Tout a été parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est magnifique, le logement très bien équipé. Nous nous sommes senti vraiment comme a la maison.Merci à Kathrin pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Ein nahezu perfekter Urlaub. Das Haus und die Lage sind gut. Bis zum Ortszentrum läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde (bergab) zurück entsprechend länger ;-) . Die Bushaltestelle ist ca.200m entfernt. Einen Parkplatz an der Straße ist immer zu bekommen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war perfekt. WLAN ist perfekt. Was hat uns gefehlt?: Ein Wasserkocher in der Küche und Ablagen in den Badezimmern. Deutsches TV war nicht wichtig aber ein Radio wäre sicher nicht schlecht. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
