Nice house with lots of natural light built on three floors.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views. On the same floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the middle floor the space is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, toilet, lounge and a terrace overlooking the pool.
On the lower floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, laundry room, toilet, large living room and a patio with access to the pool.
At the back of the house there is another dining area with a barbecue.
The orientation is south, which allows us to have the sun at the front of the house practically all day long and leaves a cooler area at the back of the house.
At about 30 metres from the house there is a local bus stop, the street (with no exit) has parking, it is a quiet area.
Burriana beach, which is the most commercial beach in Nerja, is 2.4 km away.

We have just returned from our family of 4, 2 week stay. We found the accommodation to be spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was very well equipped for stay at home cooking and the barbecue area was excellent!The apartment on the lower level was great for 2 teenage girls to provide independent space to relax.The location was great, only one small drawback was the steepness of the hills to the villa.However we are all keen walkers & runners so didn’t bother us too much!We found it a complete home from home and would definitely return when coming back to Nerja for our a holiday.Kathrin was very helpful and welcoming too.

Hartelijk ontvangst door Kathrin in deze villa gelegen in mooie wijk in Nerja. Ruime kamers met goed werkende airco en fijne bedden. De buiten douche en zwembad maken de luxe vill compleet. Fantastische vakantiehuis!

Excelente casa con todos los servicio en la loma de la montaña con vistas al mar, Con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar, Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas con baño en todas ellas, piscina con acceso desde varias partes de la casa, varias terrazas. Muy Recomendable.
