Detached house in a small private urbanisation.
Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.
On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a toilet. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea views.
The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is close from november to march.
Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.
It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural beauty.
We have Transfer service.
This property is available to rent for a fixed price per month from October to June inclusive with a minimum stay of 2 months.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. Het is heerlijk schoon en zeer compleet ingericht met volop ruimte overal, ook buiten. Gastvrouw Kathrin is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij alles en woont in de directe omgeving. Casa Cipreses ligt in een mooie rustige omgeving met voldoende parkeergelegenheid en de bushalte naar het centrum van Nerja om de hoek. Kortom een absoute aanrader. Als wij weer naar Nerja gaan, komen we hier zeker terug.

Really nice and clean apartment with a spacious terrace. Host Kathrin is super friendly and lives close by. Reality is better than pictures. Having your own car to explore the neigborhoud is recommended, there is sufficient parking space in the street.

Everything was class and Kathrin really welcoming and service minded. If you are looking for a quiet and proper place in Nerja, Casa Cipreses is highly recommended. Nature and opportunity for hiking are almost in the backyard and the bus downtown just few minutes walk from the urbanization. I look forward to returning.

Pasamos 15 días maravillosos en esta casa en Nerja. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente apartada como para disfrutar de la tranquilidad que buscábamos. La casa es cómoda, bien equipada, y tiene un ambiente acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Quisiera destacar la amabilidad de Caty, quien se encargó de recibirnos y estuvo disponible en todo momento para cualquier gestión. Su atención y profesionalismo hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Recomendaría esta casa sin dudarlo, y esperamos poder volver pronto.
