In the area there are supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

The nearest beach is Carabeillo, the access is by stairs, depending on the rise of the sea we can access through the sand to the Burriana beach or we can use a path that passes in front of the Parador Nacional to get to the Burriana beach as well.

The Balcon of Europe can be reached by walking along the beautiful Carabeo street which is pedestrian, it is an 8 minute walk and passes by the small balcony of the Carabeo beach.

You don't need a car if you stay in this flat.
